We offer free unlimited revisions depending on the package selected. 

• Revisions apply only when the original design concept remains unchanged. 
• Turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

 We offer refunds under specific conditions. Please review the criteria carefully. General Guidelines 

• A 100% refund is offered before we begin work on a project. 

• Refunds do not apply under the following conditions: 

• Special or custom packages are selected. 

• Revisions are requested beyond initial concepts. 

• Client remains unresponsive for more than 2 weeks. 

• The project is paused upon the client’s request. 

• Client has violated company policies. 

• Incomplete or unclear creative brief is submitted. 

• Business name changes or closes. 

• Refund requested due to a change of mind or disagreement with business partners. 
• Multiple revision rounds have been approved by the client.
